Confirmation of reservation A guarantee or advance deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. Confirmation is made immediately after payment of the deposit or pre authorization of credit card.
Cancellation of reservation Cancellation of reservation must be notified by email, fax or telephone or through the platform which was used to make your reservation Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Cancellation within 14 to 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 30% of the total sum of the reservation. Cancellation less than 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 50% of the total sum of the reservation. In case of no show or departure before the due departure date, the guest will be charged for 100% of the sum of reservation. In case of cancellation, we suggest that you should promptly and directly contact us to minimize any penalty or charges payable. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* Due to the design, architecture and general layout of units at Antares, there are no special designated areas for children. Giving consideration solely to safety purposes, Antares may cater for adults with children in ground floor rooms (due to steps and low stone walls around some of the terraces and balconies of the historical structure).
